Yes. I survived Hellweek, which is a SEAL training evolution spanning five days of near-constant physical activity with only 6 hours of sleep the whole week. Survived it with an inch-long hole in my foot too, brought about by abrasion due to sand in my boots. Couldn't walk for a week after that. However I didn't do it alone, but my boat teammates gave me strength, and we inspired each other.
