So wouldnt the solutions to Eintein's Field differential Equations also yield imaginary results?

Imaginary only means that the square root of minus one is involved in the equation. Imaginary here doesn't mean "fantasy".

There is no reason to think that space time has a square root of minus one involved in its description. But if you think you are on to something, go ahead and develope the math and let us know.
