what make my left arm feel like its sleep ,it happens alot more when i am stressed out.?

i am 53 years old 240 lb,and my blood pressure and suger is normal.

You know your BP and blood sugar, so you must have a doctor. Ask him/her if you should have your heart checked out. Left arm pain or tingles (among other things) can indicate poor cardiac circulation. You don't want to have a heart attack to discover this.

You need to see a doctor AND tell him about this.

Is it your left arm? It could be a heart attack.

Seeing your doctor soon could save your life.

Better get it checked out, it could be heart related.
