Go to a Pharmacy and tell them you want a Basil Thermometer. It has instructions on how to use it. You take your temperature every day and make an ovulation graph to know the best time to conceive.
Best time of year I would say around July. I would assume it be easier as the weather be cool by the time you start "Showing" and may be easier for you. Then the Baby be born after winter and will have time to develop before the next winter and may not be as susceptible to colds, or, at least be stronger to handle a cold. If, you understand what I try to say.
