Odds are null!!!

Reason for this time frame is usually to allow RX into system.

May become a lil' nauseate...If so, eat a few saltines.

Probably not. But it depends on the medicine. Reasons for waiting could be for maximum absorption of the medicine or to avoid chemical reactions. If it was homeopathic, you simply negated the benefits. If it was synthetically derived pharmaceuticals you need to read the label or ask your doctor why. And you really should follow directions when taking medications, otherwise, why bother? Hope everything is ok with you, good luck.

I guess not much may happen, but things like the medicine not taking any effect or some stuff when the medicine reacts with the food. Now just wait and watch.

Your body might not absorb the medicine. Don't worry about it.
Just follow the instructions next time, but you might want to call the pharmacist and make sure....(I am not a pharmacist)

the worst possible thing I think could happen depending on the medicine is that it will take longer to work.

generally it is because food messes with absorption- your body might take up a little more or a little less or a little faster or slower than intended. its not a big deal, just try not to in the future

That is unusual, but probably to allow absorption. It may not absorb completely is all I can see.
