What and/or who is responsible for Project Blue Beam.?

Is this anyway related to the "Rapture" or the "Second Coming"?

This is a weird hoax allegedly conceived by NASA in about 1996 to create a New World Order by, first, destroying the basis of all current religions and, then, creating one true religion by casting holographic imagines in the skies with brain washing special messages beamed on special frequencies creating the sensation of a 'second coming'. This will establish the basis for the introduction of mind control that will indoctrinate all people to accept and follow the New World Order.
I would not count on any of this happening.
