if i replace my processer will i lose any data stored on my pc such as music or will my pc run the same but with the new processor

no you wont lose any data on the computer. The processor does not store any information, that would be the hard drives job. If you install a new processor, depending on the speed you install, you will either get a faster computer or a slower computer :)

You wont lose a thing but if i were you look for a good processor and you should get a pro to fix it for you although there could be hidden talent under your nose :) :) :) :) :)

depends if you have to upgrade the motherboard or not. If it is a streight swap with the chip then no probs. However if you need an upgrade for your motherboard then windows will more than lightly need re-installing along with all your apps

No you wont. All files r in your hard drive not in processor, mate.
Dont worry, but check your cpu is supported by your motherboard before install it.
