The guy above me (Mohomid) has 3 satalite dishes above me on his balcony! Why 3 of them? I am on the lower level & can't get reception on my cell phone. Would the dishes have anything to do with it? I called 2 Verizon stores & they said yes. Working with the apartment office to get them removed. Or should I approach my neighbor??? Please help! This is frustrating. I have to go outside to use my phone!

I would think it highly unlikely the satellite dishes have any effect on your cell phone operation. The sales droids at Verizon clearly have little idea what they are talking about. I'd guess you are either in a bad reception area for Verizon, or they are having other problems.
How long have the dishes been in place, and how long have you had problems with the cell phones?

The sat. dishes should not interfere, since the signals they are picking up are there anyway. If one of them is for the internet and is sending and receiving, it might be possible, but the signals shouldn't be interfereing with each other. You could try a different phone, some work better than others. Its more likely a Verizon coverage issue. Regardless, be sure you know what the problem is before accusing your neighbor.

Most likely 3 dishes in order to get different satellites. I'd doubt the store's advice as of course if they can blame something other than their product, they will. There's no harm in speaking to the guy, they may well have the electronics savvy to work around your problem.

Water Boy has it. The signals are there anyway. Does your phone work on the balcony? Did it ever? Your phone is a different freq than the satellite. So they should not be interfereing.

If the wall is your very own wall, (no longer shared by skill of any skill), they have committed a trespass. Your first step is to have a word with the neighbour. i do no longer know your situations, inspite of the incontrovertible fact that that's achievable that they did nor comprehend. If the priority can't be regarded after out amicably, have a word with somebody like the voters suggestion Bureau. it is going to cost you funds in case you contain a Solicitor at this point.

ask him nicely and if he does remove them then great, but if not, report im to the fbi or the likes as acting suspiciously and they will cart him away, seize all his equipment and you will never see him again
