I think Neville and Voldemort will die. Harry will live.
I think the final horcrux is either a) Dumbledore (then it would already be destroyed!) or b) the wand in Ollivander's shop that makes Harry feel magic.
I think RAB is either Regulus A. Black, Mr. Borgin of Borgin and Burkes, or Broderick (Roderick) Bode.
Dumbledore is really dead.
Snape is good.
Draco will join the Order.
Percy will become a Death Eater.
Ron and Hermione will get together.
Harry and Ginny will get together.
Lupin and Tonks will get together.

I believe harry will become the new chief justice of the supreme court and wave his magic wand tomake the national deficit go away! Hoooray for Harry!
