I knew a Lady that did something like that for Walmart. Her job was to order items from their Website. When the stuff arrived all she had to do was to check the packaging and condition of the delivered items, and return them with a report. I think they called them secret shoppers or something like that.

I doubt it, because the shipping expenses would be way too high. Not only that, but they would have to supply you with the testing equipment, which would also cost a lot of money. This is why companies almost always test products on site.
