Where is the alliance spotted yellowtail collector in WOW?

She's supposed to be in the military ward in Iron Forge, but she's not there. Does she just show up at certain times? Or does she pop up at other places?

No, really, she's not anywhere in the military quarter. I've covered every inch of it and she's not there.

Check the war effort page for your server, maybe they don't need any more yellowtail?

And, no, the collectors don't move. If she isn't in the corner with the mail box, she's gone.

all of the collectors are in the military ward in Ironforge. The spotted yellowtail one specifically, i belive, is in the north east corner
