Understand what stress is.
My version is as follows.

Extreme pressures from an outside stimulus of which you have Little or no control.

So do you have control over your environment, yes you "usually"do. The things you don't have control over are such things as family stress, such as illnesses and or death or extreme circumstances beyond your control.

Financially you are in control, believe it or not, if you have excessive debt you can do something about it.

Marriage is under your control, you can do something about it.

Work is definitely under your control.

Three options for these events.
1) Change it!
2) Conform to it!
3) Get out of it!

So overcome stress by controlling your environment.
Understand all the influencing factors and change what you can.

What is stress?

Stress is a condition caused by stressors who are placing excessive demands on us.

Pl read the list

1. Discuss the problem;

2. principles of time management;

3. Seek the help.

4.Relaxation, recreation, excercise and companionship and

5. You don't have to do it. Whenever some1 asks reason, pl take my name.

It's different from person to person.

Some people like to read.
Some people like to take a warm shower/bath
Some people like to turn off all the lights and take naps.
Some people Don't know.

If you don't know yourself, you might want to consider counseling in order to figure out what might help you deal with the type of stress your going through. Which is completely normal if your under heavy stress.

Take the stress out of your life, whatever it may be. Or lessen it. Also, meditate every day.

u know, a lot of Chinese go to Karaok, i don't really like singing in that way but I found it is really a good way to put everything heavy down to the hell.

do meditation close your eyes calm down your muscles, relax all parts of your tense area, let loose think of calm peaceful atmosphere that u use to go think of all the best times u are happy and enjoy
