Masturbation has nothing to do with increasing or decreasing the size of your penis. It doesn't affect the shape either. I suppose there is a slight possibility of doing damage if you got caught jacking off and had to cram your penis back in your pants before your erection subsided for example but that would be extremely rare. If you have any reason to think you damaged your penis through masturbation, see your doc but again this would be extremely rare. Masturbation in general does no damage whatsoever to your penis!
