drink milk/chocolate if you dont feel like eating, or munch some fruits. i sometimes experience that, being hungry but not really in the mood to eat =D

Just eat when ever you can think of something good to eat. IN a hour if you still haven't ate make a grill cheese sandwich. That's what I do when I'm not in the mood to eat.

Depends on many factors. Are you hungry or are you just craving something. Are you dieting or one who doesn't care? Is there anything worth having or are you going to look in the kitchen and find nothing good?

The answer is 'Eat to live' not 'Live to eat'. 5 small meals a day and you won't be hungry.
I've got an overweight friend who is on a diet. Well, he's on two actually. He doesn't get enough to eat on One.

If your hungry--then you eat..
If your not hungry--then you dont eat
If your hungry and dont want to eat and are asking this question--then you are to lazy to go to the kitchen to grab a bite..
