Instead of using Microsoft Powerpoint, you can go to Google and make an account. There is this thing called Google Documents where you can make a new powerpoint without Microsoft Powerpoint. It's online so there isn't the hassle of putting it on a thumb drive, or sending it to yourself by email; you can just do everything online, accessable from any computer with internet access.
