If you are worried about being underweight, see a nutritionist or a doctor. It's very possible that you don't have to gain weight at all. Just because the majority of people are fat doesn't mean that you have to be. I too am a little underweight but, only a little and the doc says I'm normal. It's genetics. I'm sure.

Drink a lotta' beer, eat greasy foods and lots of it, what ever you do don't exercise and just lay around on the couch watchin' TV. every chance you get. It worked like a charm for me.
