I love animals, so as long as the pet is walking on 4 legs and coated in fur, he/she is welcome. At the moment I have 2 white very furry very sweet cats and the neighbor's dog also basically lives here. Fish are okay, but I can't tease them! :) I don't like birds in a cage, I mean why do they have wings?? I think it is cruel to put a bird of any sort in a cage.
Oh I love pets!!! All animals for that matter!!
And I wouldn't mind to have a rhino as a pet!! Or even a hippo!! Or an elephant. They are so sweet, especially when they are babies! (Not that impossible for me, I live in South Africa)

Lizards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We have 2 bearded dragons "Spike" and "Baby" and 1 Chinese water dragon "Puff"
We will have had Puff 3 years in February of 2007
Spike was 2 years in July
Baby will be 2 in November
We used to have an iguana "Izzy" She fell and broke her tail and never recovered fully from that. She was 6 and we had her only a year. You could pick her up and carry her around like a baby.
My hubby did his college internship at a pet store ....... so we ended up with lizards. My hubby is allergic to about anything with fur so lizards work well. We first got Puff then Izzy then Spike then Baby.
My hubby has two dragon tattoos too

It's a toss up for me! I love both dogs and reptiles and if I had to choose I don't think I could choose one or the other more so. Now, breaking it down to what type of canine or reptile, for canines, it's the Siberian husky and Alaskan malamute. For reptiles it's the Boa constrictor and White Throat monitor.
