In relation to the human body dynamic equilibrium is the maintenance of the body position in response to suden movements such as rotation acceleration and deceleration....... mainly applies to the head inparticular the ears/balance
there are two types static and dynamic. the first relates to the maintenance of the position of the body relative to the force of gravity.
Collectively the receptor organs for equilibrium, which include the saccule, utricle and membranous semicircular ducts are called the vestibular apparatus.

Equilibrium is theorethecally never static. The reason is that every thing in the Universe is in a state of motion. Therefore a dynamic system.
A system is said to be in equilibrium if one balances the other. Since its dynamics the equilibrium changes continually. If the changes are very small and can be neglected ,that the system can be considered in dynamic equilibrium.

Simply it means that you have two reactions that are the opposite of each other. Both reactions are continually taking place (dynamic). But they are in dynamic equilibrium as the total amounts of reactants and products for both reactions are not changing (static).
You can temporarily change the dynamic equilibrium by changing any factor that effects either reaction, such as changing the temperature, adding one or more reactants, adding common ions, and other things.

Guess u mean dynamic equilibrium in a chemical reaction.
In a chemical reaction equilibrium relates to a reaction where both forward and backward reactions take place simultaneously and at same speed eg ionization in an aqueous solution.
A reaction is said to be in dynamic equilibrium when
a. the rates of forward and backward reactions are equal
b. any change caused by external impetus (eg heat, stirring, addition of a component reagent, etc) is neutralized by the reaction and it regains equilibrium.
