I got this cup and tea sieve/sifter set, and the sieve is badly stained as I drink a lot of tea.
I tried soaking it on soap water, but doesn't work. I do not want to use bleach, as I use this cup ever day. Any advice?

That's what happens with tea.
Try soaking the sieve in vinegar overnight.
Use an old/new toothbrush and Comet
(liquid or powder) and scrub the sieve
with that. You might have to repeat the
process. But it should work. Just rinse well.
The vinegar will dissolve or soften the
calcium deposit and makes it easy to remove.
Try it on your teapot also.

Make a paste out of water and Baking Soda. It works great on porcelain(and teeth). It shouldn't harm the metal or have any adverse affect on it.

I think bleach is the only answer. I use it on my tea cups all the time. As long as you wash and dry it well afterwards there should be no problem.
