For mutiple genres it's Danny Gatton.

As for the Hendrix fans it's JIMI, not Jimmie or Jimmy
SRV the last name is spelled VAUGHAN and it's LES Paul.

Probably Andres Segovia followed by John Williams and Julian Bream. I wouldn't expect to see any rock guitarists names here. Playing screamy electronic distorted guitar is relatively easy. However Dave Gilmour of Pink Floyd and Eric Clapton are notable exceptions.
