Did you check for the email in the drafts folder usually known as "Draft" or "Drafts". Check the "Sent" folder too.

Normally outgoing mail is automatically saved in the sent folder. Please look into the sent folder.
In case, u had not sent the mail and only saved for future use look for draft folder amongst the folders.

check in the drafts folder or in the sent folder these two folders should contain ur mail.
or else u would have deleted it.
also try searching it by using search option in ur mailbox.
maybe u would have put a filter to those kind of mails, if so then check ur filter settings and then try finding ur mail,

If its nowhere to be seen , it is faster to type it all over again. In the email mode, all email software have the save as draft capability, but if you were in such a hurry you may have missed hitting the right sequence or keyboard stroke.

Depending on your mail client, once you sent the mail, it might be moved to the "Sent" folder. Since I don't know what mail client you are using, I can't help you more than that.

do you see the e-mail?
if yes click on your drafts, and you see it. but you don't see em there, use the sent messages folder and you see the mail right there.

try checkin in ur saved emails. u should b able 2 retreive it there
