need help!
i am looking for a pair of black pvc thigh high boots but with a smallish heel about 2/3 inches high... have looked everywere n cnt find any!
all the ones i cn see have a heel higher than 5 inches!
does anyone know of where i could pick some up????

Try ASOS on the 'net and Littlewoods Catologue if you are British - they sell some kick a** shoes in there - they are fab!!

I'm with Jen - your best best might be to take a high heeled pair to a shoe repair shop.
I've been looking for thigh highs for my Halloween costume. I've seen flats (like pirate boots) or extremely high heeled.

I really only looked 2 places though

good lucj they dont really make them with low heels my suggestion buy a pair take them to a shoe shop they can take down the heel

But failing that try some lingerie shops or ebay

not anymore, they have been given previous so I threw them out. I did have some, yet they have been costly so they did not look slutty/cheesy.. and not leather-based or bright, they have been that stretchy textile and had patch type issues on the knee that have been meant to look like knee pads. They have been particularly advantageous.
