Why not ask at a local 'School' for the name of a photographer, they use . Then you will be able to get these photo mounts...
Or ... Photographic shop, Good Stationary shop.
That's what I would try..

Probably from a photographic supplies company (presume you mean the brown card ones that the photos are slipped into!)

try a photo framing shop in your area thats where I gat mine made to mesure bit more expensive but worth it for the eng result
