No. First Things first !!! you have to love and respect
YOURSELF first before You love other people...
When You hate Yourself, You cannot love, You can just
pretend to love... But one day people will know that You are
just the Great Pretender. And than You will be really ALONE !!

No. you need to get rid of the negative "low-self esteem". If they don't like you, that is their problem. don't worry about it, unless it continues into your adult years. Be accepting to the indifferences in others. You'll form opinions. don't listen to psychologist as they have "learned" to think the way they do. That is the only way that they have been trained to think. A psychiatrist has the MD license so they can give you drugs. You want to stay away from the drugs, too. Here is some food for thought: Just be yourself. LIFE Experience is the best teacher. Learn by doing. It is simple, you can catch more bees with honey than vinegar, when you smile, the whole world smiles with you. you are responsible for your own health, next to your health, HAPPINESS is the most important thing in life for your well-being, for everything else flows from happiness.

You can think you love others and many times of course you do- We treat others the way we want to be treated, you want to love yourself and want to be loved by others but we can tell if you are self loathing and negative and someone who is this way it is harder to love them then those with high self esteem and positive outlooks- Try pretending to care about yourself and with any luck soon you will care more for yourself and the bonus will be you care even more for others too!

Not fully, but yes. Maybe with partial love you'll begin to learn to love more...whereas people who end up alone when they don't love themselves...learn to love less.

It's difficult. You cannot give what you don't have. You have to have Love to be able to give it to other people. Start loving yourself first, then you'll be able to know how much love you can give to other people.

i don't think so, it's a sine qua non condition to love others as long as u don't fall in narcissism. so, no excess.
