Simple. Select the option from the Add/remove programs list in your control panel,
if you'r using windows, that is...
Although I would strongly advise against it, as many-a-time, important files are shared with programs like Coral, and this would result in the failure of one of your drivers, and Death by Tech Support...
Ultimately, however, it is up to you-

Start, control panel (switch to classic if using XP), add/remove programs, sort by name, find your program, uninstal,
Hopefully that'll be the help you need,
Or try,
Start, all programs, search for the program on the list that appears, go to it (some options will appear of that icon) and there might ne an uninstal option there,

go onto start, then click on control panel.
then a list should appear, click on one that says add or remove programs...click it
then scroll through the list and find the program you mentioned and click on it. a button should appear on the right hand side of the program name, saying change/remove. click that and then follow instructions

I can't see your pc, so can't see the problem; my best suggestion would be to install Ccleaner. Then open it, click the Tools tab, and see if the program is listed.
If it is, uninstall it and try again.
Otherwise contact Corel and get their help.
