OK, first of all I want to put your mind at rest if I can - ectopic pregnancies give POSITIVE pregnancy tests. So it's unlikely that this is the problem.
You could have something like an ovarian cyst, which can cause irregular bleeding and lower abdominal/pelvic pain. However, it's impossible to make a diagnosis without taking a proper history and doing a proper examination. So I'd advise that you make an appointment to see your doctor sometime in the next week or two to find out what (if anything) is going on.

Get to the emergency room ASAP!
You could have an ectopic pregnancy - which is where the implanted feotus settles not in the womb but in one of the fallopian tubes, and as it develops it will burst the tube with potentially fatal results.
Do it now, please. It may not be, but if it is then you have a very limited time in which to tackle this (and also save your future fertility).
God bless you and go with you.

Doctor. Go now. It might be nothing, but I checked in my hypochondria book, and the symptoms fit quite a few diseases.

Ask your doctor. It could be a problem that is easy to fix but don't wait.
