u talkin bout the film? the book came out years ago...
i dunno, but judging by the release dates of the other harry potter films, probably some time around october next year... although i heard a rumour it may be coming out in june/july instead

I think it's already in the can they made it already cos the kids are ageing too quickly they just hang on to it and wait til the market is right. I thought it would be out before this Christmas......
