Go to the Jamster site, click FAQ's, then customer support, then cancel all my Jamster plans and follow the procedure.

These people have a business model which means they don't care if they irritate prospective customers as they make more money for doing nothing, a monthly subscription for downloads that aren't accessed because the subscriber doesn't even know he/she is paying for it. The contracts are written so they can do this but you have to actively cancel otherwise it will just keep surreptitiously happen, most people don't even notice they are being debited £2 a week. You are lucky you are on pay as you go and noticed, contracts are even worse! If you have ever signed up for a jamster or monstermob download I would seriously check your bill.

Hope it works!

If you had the ringtone, you have to pay for it! Just put the £3 on your phone and then unsubscribe.

You have opened a can of worms sweetheart. My friends 15yr old son did that and they had to get him a new number and phone simply because they would not stop. He text the word 'stop', as it said on the ad, several times to no avail and his mum rang them up several times. As I say, they had to get him a new phone and number. Good luck, hope you don't have to go to that extreme!

Text stop to 84888, that will get rid of the 'con-artists', ignore the 'but you have all these free ringtones' reply, job done

If texting STOP does not work, complain to ICSTIS:
