I have some cheap people for you, hope I'm reading the question right. My step grandfather's brother is extremely cheap. He lives in a trailer, with no electric, no phone, no Internet, no cable and not other amenities. He hardly buys food, just gets enough 'cheap' food so he can survive. By this you think he is poor or in dire need of money. This is where you are wrong, he has several millions in his bank/savings accounts. He has tons of money, just so cheap, he wont spend it.
Then there is my step grandfather who owns a dairy farm, will spend over 200,000 a year on food and supplies for the cows, but bitches at his wife, my grandma, when she spends over 100 dollars on their grocery bill, oh and gives her an 'allowance'
No idea where that get it from though, their mom and dad give 10,000 dollars a year to their church and redecorate their house, completely, every 6 months.
Some people, I'd do so much if I had that sort of money just laying around.

Oh yes, I have a friend who throws nickels around as if they were manhole covers.
Hey partner, being a cheapskate is how the rich get rich, but they never enjoy it.
