Publishers talk to agents. So you probably need an agent. THere are some small houses that do what is called "vanity" publishing, where you pay all costs for a run of your book.

Try Poet's Market 2007 (the latest edition for 2006). It gives you plenty of information on how to publish, where, why, how to do it correctly, what to do and what not to do, and a list of hundreds (I think) of poetry publishers, from magazines to actual books to online to chapbooks. I used it and it helped me a lot. They're also categorized in the back of the book by genre (in your case, humor), and by what state you live in.

You can also talk to an agent (which is what I'm trying to do), but Poet's Market doesn't cost any money. If you're successful through Poet's Market, then there you go.
