If you've got a car then Tintern Abbey is nice. I found a great picnic spot the other day down by the Severn in Portskewitt, and its not raining today so that might be nice. Have you tried that sushi place near Queen Street station? You can buy one dish at a time from the conveyor belt, and I think they start at £1, so you could eat well for a few quid, and its really good food too. Get the train to Barry island maybe or drive into the valleys for some good scenery. Or have a look on a Cardiff website and see whats on. The Doctor Who exhibition in Cardiff! Go there and have fun!

Wales is also good for castles and country walks.
