It's not really possible for your Yahoo account to be infected.
If you are using a mail client like Outlook, that could be infected. Use an anti-virus program like Norton or AVG to identify the virus and purge it.
If you're just using web mail and not a mail client, then the only way I can think of that e-mails would be automatically sent is if someone hacked into your account and stole your identity. Try changing your password, or close the account and start a new account with a new user name. You should also try to figure out how your identity was stolen. There might be a key logger on your system recording what you type. Antivirus or Antispyware software might help if that is the case.
