Well, if you're trying to find out who keeps sending you spam mail then I would drag the email address and/or their name into a search and see if anything comes up.Often you can find a lot out about scam and spam emails just by doing a on-line search of it.Beyond that, unless you know who you are trying to find, a simple email address will only tell you so much about it's sender.

u can trace someone through the email header. email header contains all the information about the compuet in ehich it was generate the mail server, smpt n pop3 servers but u need to know how to study a header. u have to start studing it from bottom. it contains IP address of the computer from which it is generatedd

Usually email address has all the information about senders, its' call headers and it's hard to tell how to look without knowing what program u use for email.
If you can find IP address and account used, you can go to www.whois.net and see who has that ip address. Internet companies or IP owner may be help to trak the person but you need court order in most case.

Wouldn't that be considered stalking. Not to mention Illegal use of others mail.
