When should people report abuse? If someone gives an opinion? If someone asks a question to your question? If you don't like the answer?
I thought abuse was when skanky language was used or verbal abuse was present. Am I wrong?

When we join we all agree to abide by the user Guidlines

http://answers.yahoo.com/info/community_guidelines.php

when we break these guide lines then that is abuse of this service.

BUT this is what Yahoo! says on reporting abuse REPORTING ABUSE: You may not use the Report Abuse link for purposes other than reporting a violation of the Yahoo! Answers Community Guidelines or the Yahoo! Terms of Service. You may not report abuse for posts that you personally disagree with, or by people you personally dislike.

I had someone report me for asking a question for better info and I replied back and said I am 37 yoa and didn't use any foul language or ask for nay private info, I ujust asked if the were playing a version of a Video game. So someone has their abilities to judge abuse impared or they are clueless..So opinions are freedom of speech even on the internet. You are right I agree totally
