One of the effects that strengthening your pelvic floor can have, is increased intensity, frequency, and duration of sexual pleasure.
Because the pelvic floor is what women are advised to strengthen after childbirth, or after internal surgery, or for a more interesting sex life, a lot of people think that men don't have one.
It's actually just the underside of the abdominal cavity, and just like the Abs at the front, it's made up of four symmetrical layers of muscles, whether you're male or female.
The same exercises the girls use to work these muscles (mainly Pubo-coccygeus Parallel) will also work for men: stopping and starting the flow of urine when you're peeing.
IMPORTANT: Don't do this when you're 'bursting' for a leak; you can strain yourself.
You can also get weights to lift with your member (we're talking grammes, not kilos), because clenching these muscles will 'twitch' or 'bounce' it.
Internally, it's likely that the pelvic floor movements add to the pleasure of sex by massaging the prostate and other sensitive tissues.
Gradual weakening of the pelvic floor also contributes to declining performance as men age, and sometimes to 'andropause' (kind of like menopause, but in men).

Absolutely !!
Everybody knows that the penis is not a muscle. If it was, you'd probably be at the gym right now. What most people don't know is that there is a muscle that plays a crucial role in the functioning of the penis: the pubococcygeus muscle (pyoo-bo-cocksee-gee-us). The pubococcygeus muscle, or PC muscle, for short, is actually a group of muscles that run from the pubic bone to the tailbone.
Now, you may already know this muscle in a different way. The PC muscle is the muscle you use to stop the flow of urine from the bladder. It is also the muscle that contracts when you ejaculate, moving the semen up through the penis and out of the body. The PC muscle is a busy little muscle. But let me tell you, as far as most men are concerned, it is still grossly underemployed.
Male multiple orgasm depends on a strong PC muscle. Check the following sources for more information :

As a general rule, no it isn't possible. most males need a recovery time after their orgasm/ejaculation before being able to continue or start anew...
However, it could be possible for males to become multi-orgasmic. This can be acheived through tantric sex techniques and other forms of PC muscle exercises. Check out the link(s) below for further details and links to more descriptive websites:
Exercise regularly.Exercising your PC muscle can help you shoot further than ever before.Read How to Exercise your PC muscles at http://www.ayurvediccure.com/penis_enlargement_stretching.htm
PC Exercises:
While Kegel exercises can help you last longer, they can also aid in increasing sperm volume. There are a host of exercises you can do to keep your penis in great shape and shoot like a champion.
(Butter's note: PC muscle exercises have proven to help reduce prostate troubles in advancing age, but I have yet to see improvements in my ejaculate's volume through this method)

I use injections of "Caverject" which produces a very hard erection that can last up to 5 hours making it possible for me to have as many orgasms as possible. Having an orgasm has no effect on my erection as I remain very hard afterward the orgasm and just continue to perform.

Yes, On several occasions I have had two orgasms without losing the erection. Both times were great surprises and I home to immulate them again soon.
