You sure can - Use the windows recorder ( or other package) this will save in .wav format. You simply then use your preffered burning software to burn this to disk.

YES.
Once you have recorded you voice on to your PC, it is a sound file just like any other. It wil probably be in WAV format, which is ideal for CD. All you will need is CD burining software which will let you make 'Audio' or 'Music' CD. That is important as a data cd will not read in a CD player. Lastly, there is an option called 'finalize' which you must select when burning the CD as many CD players still won't recognise the Audio CD unless this is done.

Yes and here is some free software to help you.
First record what you want, then convert to MP3 format using the software below. MP3 will take MUCH less space than most other formats. Once this MP3 file is saved use your CD burning software to burn it to CD.
Here's a place to start.
This program will record anything your computer is playing.
Audacity 1.2.4
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/download...
It's free and easy to use, but it requires a plug-in (another free software program) so after recording you can export the file in MP3 format.
I cant find the link at the moment for the plug-in but you can ask questions on the site.

Yes, Wish I could tell you how. My son,now 18, used to make all kinds of crazy cd's using his mic and pc with his friends. They even sold the cd's to other friends at school. They were very creative.
