Yes, let's ban alcohol. After all, prohibition DID stick the last time we had it in this country, didn't it?

Oh yeah, that's right, IT DIDN'T.

Neither did all the bullcr@p about the "war" on drugs.

It would be extremely stupid to try to ban either one, because there will always be some low-life scum bags who will be more than willing to traffic illegal drugs or alcohol to the public just to make a buck or two, and there will always be a demand somewhere in some part of the country no matter how hard the police THINK they're cracking down on drugs.

See link. Will it ever be legalized? i'm hoping the extra youthful generations ultimately step as much as the plate and knock it off the regulation books. i think of it truly is going to take place.

If pot were legalized then the price would go down. Then you would not have to spend as much of the kids child support money and could buy them real food instead of that cheap microwaveable crap

Pot should be legalized and regulated like alcohol. The U.S. tried to ban alcohol with the 21st amendment and the crime rate quintupled. Don't even think about taking away my beer POTHEAD!!! LOL

no and no. I have heard of mortalities due to impairment from cannabis use. It is a recent phenomenon to even test for cannabis impairment after injuries. More likely, cannabis users or far more likely to abuse children. This is quantified by CDC and NIMH.

It would be far better if more people were educated about the real physical and pyschological damages of all intoxicants, far too many people have this unfounded belief that cannabis is harmless, when all the real, independent, scientific research done in the past 10 years contradicts that.
