Brain wins on all the important issues at present. No reason to suppose that won't change in the future. My biggest concern would be the "almost there" period for the computer because too many people are quite willing to abdicate decision making... so why not to a computer that "seems" capable.

There is no contest... the human brain. Computers are not alive, they can't think, they can't make decisions, they can't pass judgement, etc.
Compared to the human brain, the computer is nothing but a toaster than can perform calculations at high speed.
God, some of these answers are really stupid. Do we even have an educational system these days. "the brain imagines everything...", lol

Human brain has the capability to resolve a problem with using different issues while the computer uses only the program to resolve it which also uses different issues i.e. decision making programmes. Human brain has psychological feelings while computer has now such feelings. We can add external storage devices for data in computer while it is little bit difficult for additional storage for human brain (if data is very large). Computer not get tired (but some times hang up) but generally human brain get tired while doing work which consumes very large time(depends on the results - fruitful or not). If we off the power switch then the computer turns off (i.e. turnoff) while when sleeping (but not dead) still our mind work!
Computer results in nano/pico/micro/milli seconds, few error may occurs in comparison to human brains. Computer can do repetitive task so we can say its repeatability (and also its reproducibility) is more.

well the brain wins over cumputer, without brain things wound exist or have the things we have today(technology), the cumputer do the things we want, we control the world.. hell yeah

Brain have unlimited capacity to do many thing. computer has the capacity more, today we say than brain.Actually this idea was firstly came in human brain.
