it's actually cpr -cardiopulmonary resuscitaiton
it is performed on someone who has gone into cardiac arrest (their heart has stopped beating)
it should only be performed by someone licensed or trained to do so, or by someone who has a 911 operator on the phone instructing them on how to do it.
intruction for it cannot and should not be explained over the internet-taking a class is the only way to learn it properly as there are variances on how it is performed based on whether the victim is an adult, child, or infant.
rescue breathing is part of cpr and can be done by itself if the person has a pulse but is still not breathing on their own
if you are interested in becoming trained for it-call your local fire department (the NON-EMERGENCY number) or a local hospital's human resources department-most hospitals will provide a class for the public for a small fee and the license lasts for two years-you need to take another class at that point.

You mean CPR cardio pulmonary resuscitation. It's done when a person loses his pulse and does not breath on his own. It can't stop a heart attack but if they go into a full arrest then you use CPR. Now, it's 30 compressions to two breaths. You do a head tilt, chin lift and put your hear just above his mouth and look at the chest to see if he is breathing. Also place your index and forefinger on the carotid artery on the same side as you are kneeling. Feel for a pulse, It should be just under the jaw line. If he has no pulse and is not breathing, you use both hands with fingers interlocked just between the nipple line and push 1 1/2 inches on an adult. Fast as in 30 times, (it used to be 15 to 2 but it has changed to 30) that's like 100 beats a minutes. Take a deep breath. Place your mouth over theirs and make a seal and blow the air into their lungs to make the chest rise. Make sure the chest is rising or your could be blowing air into his stomach and making it bloat. It is best, if you are certified, to carry a mask to cover a person mouth while giving rescue breathing but many don't. I carry one all the time. I wish more people would get certified. You never know when someone might need it.

CRP stands for C-reactive protein... it is a test done to diagnose different diseases..
If you are talking about "CPR"... it stands for Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitaion consistes of cardiac compression (pressing victim's chest) and giving mouth-to-mouth breathing
Learning CPR is important as you can save someone's life and best way is to learn from the professionals....

the fast answer to that's, see your physician and ask him/her what to do to avert a heart attack. in spite of if, all of us understand that it is uncomplicated experience. eat properly, by using that I mean a balanced eating regimen. verify you have a protein, carb and vegetable at Lunch and dinner. Have a protein, carb and fruit for breakfast. in no way bypass A MEAL...it is the nourishment that accelerates the metabolism. in case you pass over a meal, your metabolism slows down...exceptionally as you grow previous. cut back down on your parts and for a snack, have a fruit or a vegetable or a protein with melba toast. cut back out sugar and starches, and inspect some good recipe's for heart clever meal. do not forget to exercising, yet try this gradually with expert education, while you at the instant are not used to it. make time for your self, and be happy!!!! giggle lots...it burns energy!!!! verify you artwork difficult so which you will play difficult too. in actuality, stay in shape, eat properly and love existence. good success!....Hmmm, i think of i could stick to my very own suggestion.

CPR... you have to learn the techniques properly from a qualified teacher. It's good to take the class every few years to make sure you remember what to do.

it is used on those without any heartbeat and not breathing. Yes if you know how to do it, you can preform on the victim.
here is a site that teaches you how.
