Don't get one, hold off until you have enough money saved. Buying on credit ends up costing a lot more than buying out right, even if there is an interest free period or other offer.
If you need use of a computer, head down to your local library, an internet cafe or a friends house until you can afford to buy one.

if you have a job apply for credit somewhere like dell or best buy staples etc. and use your credit card to buy the computer
