Are you asking how you design and publish websites?
The best way is to go on a course to learn how to do it, or look for online tutorials. If you don't want to do that then get hold of a copy of Dreamweaver as it does a lot of the work for you.

I've tried loads of web design programs. I like FrontPage. If you know anyone with a gmail account ask them to recommend you - you get 100 gig of space with that. You can do links, text and pictures but not much else. But it's OK to play with and 100 gig is a lot of space. Take a look at my website and email me for more ideas the email address is at the bottom of each page. I'm hoping to get a community of webmasters going in the new year - some maybe using space like me provided by their ISP and I hope to provide others with free space who don't have any and run a good web ring and a site full of info and tips. But the free space will be limited - so email me and get your name down now!

in designing you may use the macromedia software. there is the flash macromedia for animation, fireworks macromedia for designing your images or your buttons for your webpage, and the dreamweaver where you create your webpage and embed your flash and fireworks creation. i know some free sites where you can publish your webpage. try www.geocities.com of yahoo and www.angelfire.com
