If the budget was huge then it could be amazing, Goku's charactor is endearing but also as he is the most powerful man in the world it would be great!!!
just imagine the final frieza fight but done perfectly, and the drama of when he first turns super saijin!
and bulma should get em out!

Difficult to create an energy wave and a destructo disc. Not yo mention the dragon.
