Just dress up in something normal...that'll look oddly out of place and inappropriate in a party where evryone's dressed in weird clothes

How about a nice street walkers outfit - low cut top, boobs hanging out (possibly fake, in your case), micro skirt so you can flash the knickers. BtW, better check to make sure there aren't any queers at the party first.

A white jogging suit. They are fine for jogging but silly young people wear them to any occasion now - they are more often inappropriate than not.

All of the above are good, but I think you should dress as the host's mum. Noone likes people making fun of their mum. It couldn't be any more inappropriate.

A white shirt, tie, formal jacket, boxer shorts, white socks, and sneakers - that should be inappropriate enough. If it isn't wear red pantyhose instead of boxer shorts.

Anything that you would not normally wear to a party so that leaves out jeans, smart casual and a suit. So what is left?
October so shorts and tshirt, climbing boots, diving gear, beach wear, bondage gear or a giant bunny outfit
