Utube company has 60 emloyees and i wonder from where their operating profits came from to pay all its emploees?

YouTube makes money on a continuing basis from advertising, both AdSense and banner ads.
On this basis alone, some have speculated that it is "wildly profitable", although it probably isn't.

Far as I can tell, ads are their only direct source of revenue. It could be driven by an outside source or a parent company.
