BEST: Chatting with people from all over the world (I met my new husband online in 2000), web-banking, the excellent information that is available (on every subject you can imagine) in order to answer questions and learn new things, and of course, communicating by e-mail, and the internet has completely changed the way people make their travel plans :)

WORST: Viruses, spam, pop-ups, adware, spyware, the really hard-core porn, and the pedophiles out there who want to hurt our innocent children :(

The internet has completely changed our lives, I CANNOT imagine my life without it ♥

I love the internet, and I just can't get enough of it. I'm officially addicted.

But I also know it's a bad thing. I'm trying to manage my time on the computer (and failing)...

<3 But yes, I love the computer/internet and spend most of my free time on it.

I have to say that I find the internet almost addictive. I can surf for hours. But then I found that I was neglecting real life and serously started limiting my time on the computer. I found that if you balance computer time with real life, you and everyone around you will be much happier and healthier.

i don't know if i love it or not, but i stay in front of the Internet for not less that 8 hours a day, and perhaps another 3 or 4 offline recording my guitar tracks and stuff...which is the only break i have in my busy day////

Remember to keep your life in balance. Internet time is good, but so is time spent talking to the people who are important to you, reading books newspapers and other offline materials, watching tv & movies, and, especially exercising.

Hope this helps.
