Ooohhh....the lyrics you provided had me singing the song in my head, but I couldn't recall the name! Then I remembered I had the song on a soundtrack CD....anyway, the song is "Bound For The Floor" by Local H. According to the info on the album I have, It was issued by Island Records in 1996.
