The only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you take in. So....reduce fats and sugars in your food and yes, exercise.

it isn't normal to be stick thin like a model, but equally it isn't normal to be really overweight either.
However I think that if you can be happy with your body shape the way it is and dress in a way that flatters your good points then you dont' need to diet.
Try wearing 'magic knickers' to hold your flabby bits in and a good fitting bra that supports and lifts you and immediately you will start looking better without having to lose any weight.
If you do want to get slimmer then try reducing the fatty foods you eat, replace them with fruit or vegetables instead, and maybe reduce all your portion sizes (just by a small amount). That way you won't feel like you are really dieting but it will have an impact on your weight.
I know you don't want to exercise, but just using the stairs instead of the lift, and walking occasionally instead of getting in the car can make a big difference to your body tone. I now walk 2 hours a day 4 days a week instead of using the car. I haven't lost any weight but my bum and thighs are much more toned and look more attractive.

Eat less carb, and don't eat 2 hours before bedtime. Drink diet sodas or just water instead of regular sodas. Be more active such as walk to work/school instead of riding in a car. Dress in clothes that are flattering even if you are not skinny. Don't dress tights and don't dress anything with horizontal stripes. Weigh yourself regularly and at same time of day, say first thing in the morning, and set a target weight that's achievable such as 3 pounds less than you are now in a month. Put it all together and you will be slimmer.

The only way to get slim without doing any weight is to develope a severe drug problem. I'm told cocaine and crystal meth work the best.
You could also try some of those diet pills. But be warned that those are EXTREMELY bad for you, and the weight will eventually come back.
There is no secret to weight loss. Eat less (if you eat a lot) and eat healtiher. Not only that, but you must get off your *** and exersize

If you want to slim down you need to exercise or at least keep active.Don't drink soda,diet soda is just as bad because those fake sugars aren't good for you.Drink water and skim milk,high protein with fruit&veggies.Also your body needs fat,just good fat like olive oil,avacados,not cheeseburgers and pizza.Do some research on nutrition. Stick with it you won't lose weight overnight.Good luck.

if your worried of what people think of you i think you need to be more confident of urself an try to feel comfortable with the way u r.being slim isn't all ways gud.if you find the right clothes it helps to be wearing something u feel makes u look great.if your thinking of losing weight there's exercise an dieting also it can be a problem with losing weight comes excess skin.
