They love pine nuts but only when they eat them in their tubes or in a corner of the cage why is this? I have had them since 31st August 2006. They are tame and have never bitten but they ignore the treat whenever i put in front of them. Do you have any ways in which i can get them to eat from my hand and any good treats that they would like?
Thanks!!!!

Be patient, they will get used to you in time. Some learn to eat from your hand pretty quickly, and others will never be quite comfortable with it, but I think most figure it out. I found that the more time I spent with them, the tamer they became.
