Being a former colony of Espana, all Latin American countries have problems with poverty, and it relates to the old hacienda-servant system

People are destroyed for the lack of knowledge. why? because they are ignorant and very easy to deceive.

example: Vote buying, 200 hundred pesos for 1 Pilipino. If a Pinoy would buy it, it is equivalent to 3 years or more of sufferings in the hand of a wicked politician.
