Hmmm good question. I don't think any album has ever made me feel depressed or negatively at all. There are however, tons of albums with many sad songs.
Try Radiohead's OK Computer
or Yeah yeah yeahs - Fever to tell. There are a lot of upbeat songs but you need to listen to what KO KO is saying.
Hmm.....what else...Morrissey is renowned for sad songs. Listen to any of his music. Sounds happy - lyrics are sad.

I didn't find Korn's "Daddy" depressing. More disturbing.
As said previously here, Nine Inch Nails is always good for a laugh (NOT!) & probably The Downward Spiral (the clue's in the name folks) was their high-point (or should that be low-point).
That said, I'm surprised no-one's mentioned Alice In Chains. I can't listen to more than 1 CD a week for fear of the need to steal Valium.

Most of those listed so far could be seen as depressing but I think the one to top them all would have to be The Verve Urban Hymns, as much as I liked it.
Saying that I can't say I make a habit of listening to music which actively causes depression.........

My brother used to call Leonard Cohen 'music to slit your wrists to' so like some of the others I gues it could be him. Funnily enough I find that "Death of a Ladies' Man" is a great album to play in the kitchen, but "Songs of Leonard Cohen" should be avoided unless you are feeling really masochistic!

Paris Hilton's album. Just the fact that this exists should make you depressed.
